Heather Magic is senior vice president of Western Alliance Bank's Settlement Services Group.

With thirty years of experience in implementing best practices, process improvements and technological efficiencies, Ms. Magic plays a vital role on the leadership team developing and contributing to the Settlement Services Group’s superior customer service model, industry specific solutions offerings, and commitment to providing the legal industry with valuable educational materials.

Along with three decades of legal, insurance, and financial services experience, Ms. Magic brings an entrepreneurial spirit gained from several years at a leading Qualified Settlement Fund Administration and Lien Resolution startup, which was later sold to a major business services provider. She has a deep background in overhauling operations and implementing best practices, policies and procedures.

Among other achievements, she has managed billions of dollars in Qualified Settlement Funds (QSF) and was responsible for the distribution of all settlement funds from the QSFs.

Active in her local community, Ms. Magic currently volunteers for the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce, an organization for which she has served in multiple officer roles, including board chairman. Since 2016, she has been a member of the International Association of Women and previously served on the board of directors at Kids in Need of Dentistry (KIND) and Safehouse Denver.

Ms. Magic attended Franklin Pierce University.
