Bob LaMantia leads the Alliance Association Banking & Consumer Digital Banking groups of Western Alliance Bank. Our Alliance Association Banking team members provide counsel and banking services to community management companies and HOAs throughout the United States. Mr. LaMantia spearheaded the start-up and organic build of the Consumer Digital business line at Western Alliance Bank.  

Based in Phoenix, Mr. LaMantia joined Western Alliance Bank in 2018 and is a member of the Senior Operating Committee. Over his 40-year career, he has held senior finance and strategic planning roles at Citibank, Bank of America, and MBNA America.

Outside of work, Mr. LaMantia serves on the Boys & Girls Club of Delaware and the Kennett Square Food Cupboard Finance Committee. He is a graduate of St. John’s University and earned his MBA in Finance from Pace University.
