Bob LaMantia is a Senior Managing Director at Western Alliance Bank, where he leads the Association and Consumer Digital Banking groups and is a member of the Senior Operating Committee. Mr. LaMantia was instrumental in launching and organically growing the Consumer Digital business line within the bank.

With a career spanning 45 years, Mr. LaMantia has held Managing Director level positions at major financial institutions including Citigroup, Bank of America, and MBNA America. His roles have included global division CFO, strategic planning, M&A, company repositions & integrations and an international assignment, showcasing his extensive expertise in global & US consumer banking and financial management.

Mr. LaMantia holds a degree from St. John’s University and an MBA in Finance from Pace University. Beyond his professional work, he actively serves on the finance committees of the Boys & Girls Club of Delaware and the Kennett Square Food Cupboard.
