Nicole Avey is a vice president of warehouse lending in Western Alliance Bank’s Specialized Mortgage Services group. She delivers mortgage warehouse lending, mortgage servicing rights (MSR) financing and treasury management solutions to a broad base of clients nationwide, ranging from privately held independent mortgage banking professionals to nationally based, publicly held companies.
Ms. Avey has more than 20 years of financial services experience, including significant expertise in correspondent lending and financial due diligence. Before joining Western Alliance Bank in 2021, she held positions at SitusAMC in correspondent and mortgage lending consulting and Deloitte Touche in the audit services division. She began her banking career at Wells Fargo specializing in home equity lending and consumer marketing.
Based in Denver, Ms. Avey volunteers with the Denver Dream Center and Junior Achievement. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis from the University of Nebraska and received her CPA certification (inactive).
