
Ken Mannina is senior vice president and senior business development officer in Bridge Bank’s SBA and Real Estate Lending division. With a focus on owner-occupied commercial real estate financing, he assists business owners with the purchase, construction and refinance of buildings that house their businesses. This includes retail, office, industrial, warehouse, R&D and commercial condominium properties.
Mr. Mannina has worked in commercial lending since 1987. His experience includes corporate finance, SBA financing and commercial real estate financing. He brings value to each transaction with his specialized knowledge of commercial credit underwriting and SBA eligibility, commercial real estate construction, valuation and environmental issues.
Before joining Bridge Bank in 2002, he was a business development officer with Greater Bay Bank for 10 years. Prior to that, he worked as a credit officer in Wells Fargo Bank’s regional commercial banking office in San Francisco.
Mr. Mannina earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from San Francisco State University.
