With more than 20 years of experience in commercial banking and extensive market knowledge, Craig Hirson joined the Western Alliance Bank team in 2023 as the Commercial and Industrial Market Executive for Greater Los Angeles and Orange County.
In his role, Mr. Hirson is responsible for leading the commercial banking team of financial professionals who deliver strategic, integrated financial advice and solutions to middle market companies, throughout the market. Prior to joining the Western Alliance Bank team, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer at CommerceWest Bank and spent 14 years in progressive leadership positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Throughout his career, Mr. Hirson has developed a deep understanding of the Los Angeles and Orange County marketplace, providing invaluable expertise to his clients.
Mr. Hirson holds a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business. Outside of his professional role, he has served on numerous boards, including Graziadio Alumni Network, South Orange County Regional Chambers of Commerce, KidWorks, Southland EDC and currently serves on the board of directors of the Los Angeles Metropolitan YMCA.
