We’re Ready to Welcome You with New Safety Measures

As many of our local economies get back to business, Western Alliance Bank is ready to serve you with expanded branch operations. This includes the full reopening of several branches and key new wellness protocols.

Our bank is an essential service, and we were pleased to support our customers over the last several months at many of our offices (often via our drive through facilities) and, of course, through our digital banking services. Now as we broaden our in-person operations, we are adding new measures geared to serving customers in the safest ways possible.

Because specifics can vary by location according to local government guidance, please check here for full details on bank hours and offerings.

Here are some of the important actions we’re taking now at our offices to support everyone’s well-being:

  • Increasing cleaning and sanitization

  • Taking steps to promote social distancing of six feet or more for both employees and customers, including limiting the number of people in our branches

  • Installing protective barriers at teller windows

  • Providing contactless drive through service at our branches where available

  • Requiring all customer-facing employees to wear masks

  • Placing hand sanitizer in multiple locations to encourage hand hygiene

  • Utilizing disinfecting products that meet the EPA’s criteria for use against COVID-19

  • Implementing protocols for sick, symptomatic and exposed employees, including requiring quarantine when appropriate

As always, we appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you soon. All of us hope you stay safe and well.

Fraud Prevention

Another important update: We want to alert you to a growing number of fraudulent cyber and email schemes arising in the wake of the virus. Please note we will NEVER ask you to provide your login or other personal information via email or other online channels.

Also watch out for business email compromise scams. These can be sophisticated efforts to convince your finance staff to take actions that might seem okay – following specific instructions from someone online or by phone purporting to be the CEO, for example – but are fraudulent. Visit our cybersecurity resources below for tools and tips to help protect your business.
