John Eldean is head of institutional lot banking, national homebuilder and build-to-rent, for Western Alliance Bank, where he provides financing tools for equity funds and the developers and builders of master-planned communities and residential projects. Based in Phoenix, he serves clients across the U.S. He joined Alliance Bank of Arizona in 2013 and has more than 20 years of banking industry experience.

Mr. Eldean is a board member of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Arizona, which helps academically capable and motivated children-in-need to meet their full potential through college and beyond.

He attended the University of Arizona.
