Bryan Fletcher joined the Western Alliance Bank team in 2024 and brings more than 14 years of experience to his role as Vice President, Relationship Manager.
In his role, Mr. Fletcher will serve as a trusted advisor for the bank’s Commercial and Industrial clients, bringing extensive experience in portfolio management to the team. Prior to joining Western Alliance Bank, he served as Vice President at Credit Suisse and as an Analyst at City Securities Corporation's Investment Banking Group. Additionally, Mr. Fletcher held leadership positions as Director of Operations for a San Diego-based startup and as an Operations and Financial Consultant for San Felipe Marina Resort.
Mr. Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. In addition to his role at Western Alliance Bank, he also serves as a Commissioner for the San Diego County Civil Service Commission, a position that is nominated by the San Diego County Board of Supervisors.
