
Wendy Hazelwood is vice president of the Alliance Association Banking group at Western Alliance Bank, for clients located in North Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.
In addition to providing the innovative solutions and banking products that assist HOAs and management companies, Hazelwood is also focused on business development in the region, utilizing her industry knowledge to understand and anticipate the needs of current and future clients.
Ms. Hazelwood brings a considerable amount of industry experience to the Alliance Association Banking group, having worked with community associations for more than 20 years.
Her previous positions include Dallas Fort Worth regional HOA director at Centex Homes, client manager with Association Capital Bank, and business development manager, project, and property manager with BPMI Properties. Hazelwood was also a business development manager with FirstService Residential.
Ms. Hazelwood is active in the Dallas Fort Worth and Heartland Chapters of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the CAI DFW Chapter. CAI’s DFW Chapter recognized Ms. Hazelwood as Volunteer of the Year in 2022.
Additionally, Ms. Hazelwood serves on the Board of Directors for her condominium association in Dallas, Texas.
