Tony Padilla is vice president on the Startup Banking Team, a part of the Innovation Banking Group at Western Alliance Bank. Based in San Francisco, he serves as a trusted banking advisor to guide early-stage founders throughout their startup journey.
Tony specializes in supporting clients’ growth ambitions through the power of relationships, serving as a connector and introducing founders to collaborators who can support their growth, such as investors, CFOs, startup attorneys, tax advisors and more, as well as brainstorming with clients to offer fresh perspectives on their products, business model and go-to-market strategies.
Tony joined Western Alliance in 2025. Previously, he closely managed client relationships and banking needs in roles with Flagstar Private Bank and First Republic Bank for eight years. He takes pride in empowering Latino entrepreneurship as a volunteer for the Latino Business Action Network (LBAN).
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Arizona.
