Stacy Dyer is a senior managing director of the Association Banking group at Western Alliance Bank, leading client relationships and strategic growth across the East region. Stacy leads a high-performing team delivering innovative, technology-driven financial solutions to community association management companies.
Since joining the bank in 2009, Stacy is a results-driver leader, combining her industry expertise, operational insight and relationship centered approach to streamline client’s profitability and efficiencies.
Prior to Western Alliance Bank, she held leadership roles in residential land planning and community association management, including regional manager of Abbott Enterprises’ Coastal Carolina division. Ms. Dyer also served as an assistant director of community associations and as a land acquisitions project manager. Additionally, she represented Centex Homes in governance roles as president and vice president across 33 homeowner associations.
Stacy holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Michigan University. Stacy resides in South Carolina.
