
Building on a professional background that includes commercial, asset-based and consumer lending, as well as consumer and commercial deposit services, Ms. Cook brings a wealth of banking expertise to her current role as Senior Operations Director.
Prior to joining the Alliance Association Banking team at Western Alliance Bank, she worked at Mutual of Omaha, where she was instrumental in creating a compliant and efficient HOA Operations department, growing from $1 billion to over $5 billion in deposits during her tenure.
Ms. Cook has dedicated her career to successfully leading and managing customer-facing teams in the banking industry.
