Nick Richards is senior vice president of structured finance for Western Alliance Bank’s Specialized Mortgage Services group. Based in Maryland, he serves clients throughout the United States. His area of focus includes the Specialized Mortgage Services group’s mortgage servicing rights (MSR) lending business, including bilateral MSR loans and MSR debt syndications.
Mr. Richards has more than 15 years of professional experience in commercial lending. He previously held multiple corporate lending roles and has broad experience providing financing solutions across numerous industries, including commercial real estate investment.
Mr. Richards, his wife and their two children are supporters and a Family Partner of the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation.
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Economics from Marymount University.
