Nicholas Gordon is vice president on the Startup Banking Team, part of the Innovation Banking Group at Western Alliance Bank. Based in San Francisco, Mr. Gordon serves as a trusted banking partner to guide early-stage startups through their growth journey. He provides additional value as a connector and relationship-builder throughout the startup ecosystem and enjoys collaborating with founders and investors to help bring ideas to life.
Mr. Gordon joined the Bank in 2022. Previously, he worked for three years in the technology banking team at First Republic Bank before transitioning to Western Alliance’s Innovation Banking Group (formerly known as Bridge Bank) to help advance its startup banking practice.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Saint Mary’s College of California, where he remains actively involved with the Saint Mary’s Alumni Association to build relationships and help mentor undergraduate students in the School of Economics and Business Administration.
