Nicholas Chung is a senior vice president in Commercial Banking at Western Alliance Bank, where he brings more than 30 years of experience providing customized financing solutions to middle-market companies and commercial real estate investors.
With a longstanding interest in supporting manufacturing companies, his expertise includes working capital facilities, employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) financing, equipment and tenant improvement financing, business expansion capital, leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing. Mr. Chung also has extensive experience in international trade finance, assisting importers and exporters with cross-border financing solutions, letters of credit and trade-related banking services.
Throughout his career, Mr. Chung has maintained a strong focus on relationship management and long-term client success. He has a proven track record in commercial real estate and construction financing, delivering debt solutions for acquisition, development, refinancing and owner-occupied properties.
Mr. Chung volunteers as a loan committee member for Working Solutions CDFI, a nonprofit focused on providing diverse entrepreneurs with affordable capital. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from San Francisco State University.
