Michelle Robles-Lee is senior vice president on Western Alliance Bank’s Startup Banking Team, part of the Innovation Banking Group. Based in San Francisco, she leads strategic initiatives focused on delivering tailored financial solutions for early-stage and high-growth innovation companies.
Michelle joined Western Alliance in January 2025 to oversee a portfolio of startup and venture-backed clients, providing scalable banking solutions to help customers achieve their ambitions. Previously, she served the needs of a wide variety of preferred banking clients in her roles at JPMorgan Chase, First Republic, Wells Fargo and Downey Savings & Loan (which is now U.S. Bank), where she launched her banking career in 2006.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from California State University East Bay.
