Maggie Hsu is the West Coast market manager for Western Alliance Bank’s Note Finance Group. In this role, she is responsible for business development, relationship management and credit oversight.
Ms. Hsu joined Western Alliance Bank’s Commercial Real Estate team in 2017 before moving to Note Finance in 2025. Based in San Jose, she is a seasoned commercial banker with extensive expertise in commercial real estate lending. She specializes in delivering committed revolving lines of credit to private real estate lenders.
Before joining Western Alliance Bank, Ms. Hsu spent 10 years at Comerica Bank in numerous roles, the most senior of which was vice president of Western Market Commercial Real Estate. Throughout her career, she has prioritized building and nurturing relationships with real estate investors and developers while overseeing loan negotiations, credit analysis, due diligence and ongoing risk management to ensure compliance and successful loan execution.
Ms. Hsu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego, and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
