Mac Staples is vice president of HOA Banking for Western Alliance Bank’s Association Banking group. In this role, he specializes in providing banking services to community association management companies, homeowners associations (HOAs) and condominiums. Based in Maryland, he serves clients in Delaware, Maryland and Washington D.C.

Mr. Staples joined Western Alliance Bank in 2025 with over two decades of experience in HOA management. Previously, he held positions with increasing responsibility for several management companies in the mid-Atlantic region, and most recently, he worked in community association development for a national homebuilder.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Mount St. Mary’s University and holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations.
