Laura Cawley is a vice president in Western Alliance Bank’s Business Escrow Services Group. Based in Boston, Ms. Cawley has responsibility for developing and managing escrow, exchange and paying agent services for clients nationwide. She has more than 25 years of banking industry experience providing transactional services for merger and acquisition, escrow agent, paying agent, exchange agent and corporate trust transactions. 

Before joining Western Alliance Bank, Ms. Cawley worked within the corporate trust offices of U.S. Bank and State Street Bank & Trust Company, as well as with the custody offices of Brown Brothers Harriman. 

Ms. Cawley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Simmons University.
