Head of Treasury Management Sales

Kristen Hillenbrand is head of Treasury Management Sales for Western Alliance Bank. Based in Phoenix, she joined the organization in 2024.

In this role, Ms. Hillenbrand leads a nationwide team of Treasury Management directors, officers, advisors, and payables and receivables consultants, all dedicated to elevating the client experience. Her team tailors solutions for clients seeking to optimize cash flow, working capital efficiency and fraud mitigation, as well as modernize payables and receivables processes. They design treasury operations that are resilient and strategically aligned with each client’s business goals.

Ms. Hillenbrand joined Western Alliance Bank as director of Treasury Management Sales following 17 years with Wells Fargo, where she held senior leadership roles in treasury, merchant and payment solutions. During her tenure, she consistently earned recognition, including accolades such as Golden Spoke, President’s Club, Rookie of the Year and Top Performing Sales Consultant.

Ms. Hillenbrand is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals of Arizona. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication from Northern Arizona University, where she graduated cum laude. Outside of her professional role, Ms. Hillenbrand is an avid equestrian who competes alongside her daughters in elite show jumping competitions nationwide and serves as a board member of the Arizona Hunter Jumper Association.
