Ken Weinland

Director – Legal Banking Juris Banking Group

Ken Weinland is Director-Legal Banking for Western Alliance Banks’s Juris Banking Group.

Mr. Weinland isn’t a transactional banker. He is a trusted advisor, with more than a decade of experience helping law firms finance their strategic priorities and position themselves for success. He constantly focuses on one mission: helping law firms focus on their clients, not their banks. He does this by working with clients to free up partner capital, smooth cash flow, protect client funds and reduce operational risk. Clients value his ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance while structuring solutions aligned with ethics rules and the realities of legal practice.

As part of Juris Banking Group, Mr. Weinland focuses exclusively on helping law firms design and implement the right banking architecture for their business model. He works with firms on case-cost and working-capital financing, growth capital for expansion, settlement and QSF workflows, digital disbursements, IOLTA and fiduciary account structures, treasury modernization, and fraud-prevention systems. Before joining Western Alliance Bank, Mr. Weinland spent years in the legal sector supporting attorneys across plaintiff, defense and business-law practices, including at Findlaw, the world’s most visited legal information website.
