Joe Marciano is vice president, SBA market specialist for Western Alliance Bank’s SBA Enterprise division. Based in Phoenix, Mr. Marciano manages clients throughout the underwriting and loan closing process as a SBA 7(a) business development officer in Arizona (Alliance Bank of Arizona), California (Torrey Pines Bank) and parts of Nevada (Bank of Nevada).
Mr. Marciano prescreens SBA 7(a) applicants to ensure SBA eligibility and credit quality while working to secure term sheet approval and managing prospective clients through underwriting and loan closing. He has experience in credit analysis, SBA 7(a) lending, conventional C&I lending and CRE lending.
Before joining Western Alliance, he held several positions at BNC National Bank, from credit analyst to assistant vice president, business banking officer.
Mr. Marciano earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, Fixed Income and Investment Management, from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
