Jennifer McWilliams is Director – Legal Banking for Western Alliance Bank’s Juris Banking Group

Ms. McWilliams is the banker law firms trust when they’re ready to grow. With a 15-plus year background in Legal and Banking, she knows how to get the capital her clients need to fuel expansion, invest for the future and fight on behalf of their own clients. She helps firms turn their case pipeline into strategic capital, strengthen cash flow and navigate the unique regulatory and operational demands of practicing law.

Ms. McWilliams is known for translating complexity into confidence, whether it’s using future docket as collateral, or turning case cost interest into a recoverable expense. She will craft lending, deposit and treasury strategies that meet law firms where they are and propel them forward. Her experience working closely with attorneys gives her a nuanced understanding of contingency revenue, trust accounting, compliance pressures and the pace of a busy docket.

Ms. McWilliams partners with SHE Rescue Home in Cambodia,a safehouse for young girls rescued from sex trafficking. Additionally, she is an engaged member of the Early Onset Alzheimer's community.

She holds degrees in Business Management and Marketing from Cornerstone University.
