Helen Harvey is a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager within the Blockchain and Digital Assets Group at Western Alliance Bank. Based in Miami, she advises blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech and digital asset companies, helping clients navigate the convergence of traditional finance and digital assets. She partners with businesses across the digital asset ecosystem, delivering banking and treasury solutions that support growth, innovation and operational scale.
Before joining Western Alliance, Ms. Harvey held senior roles at traditional financial institutions and digital asset firms, including Fifth Third Bank, JPMorgan Chase, SCRYPT, Citi, HSBC and Deutsche Bank. Her experience advising institutional, corporate and emerging-growth clients provides a distinct perspective on the evolving relationship between banking, blockchain technology and digital assets.
Ms. Harvey has completed executive education programs in fintech and artificial intelligence through the Wharton School. She holds an MBA from the University of North Florida, passed the CFA Level I exam and holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 79 and Series 63 licenses. She also was selected for the Leadership Miami program through the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
