Heather Bandonell is Senior Vice President and Head of Lending for Western Alliance Bank’s Juris Banking Group.

For Heather, every credit application tells a story. And her goal is to always provide personal service to ensure that her clients at law firms and other related businesses receive exactly the types of financial arrangements that meet their current and future needs.

Ms. Bandonell, who earned her degree from Loyola University Chicago, has always been drawn to the human side of banking and the ways that lending can strengthen individuals, businesses and communities. In her current role, she reviews and structures custom credit facilities, identifies new business and products to build lending relationships in the law firm and settlement distribution agency space and manages the credit team responsible for overseeing the business line's loan portfolio and products.

She has been with Western Alliance Bank for more than 10 years, with  roles as a commercial loan officer, commercial underwriting manager, and credit administrator with Torrey Pines Bank, a division of Western Alliance Bank, before joining the team. Ms. Bandonell started her career as a legal assistant then paralegal. This experience and deep understanding of the legal industry is what sets the team at Western Alliance apart and makes them the right partner for supporting growing your legal business.
