Grant Pritchard is a managing director for Western Alliance Bank’s Lender Finance Group. Based in Connecticut, Mr. Pritchard serves clients nationwide, focusing on originations of lender finance leverage facilities to private credit funds, direct lenders and BDCs. He also invests in middle-market CLO opportunities for the Bank.
Mr. Pritchard has more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry. He joined Western Alliance Bank in 2021 and helped start its Loan Syndications desk. Prior to Western Alliance Bank, he worked as a managing director for boutique investment banking firm, Westlake Securities, director for private credit fund, MGG Investment Group, director for mezzanine and private placement debt investor, Prudential Capital Group (now PGIM), and vice president with Wells Fargo Capital Finance (formerly Foothill).
Mr. Pritchard graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and earned a Master of Business Administration with Dean’s Honors from Columbia Business School.
