Gil Flores is a senior vice president, senior relationship manager in Western Alliance Bank’s Commercial & Industrial Banking group. He delivers financial solutions for privately held companies with revenues ranging from $20 million to $300 million annually in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire region.

A seasoned finance professional, Mr. Flores joined Western Alliance Bank in 2024 with over 20 years of commercial banking experience. Over the last two decades, he has worked for top financial institutions in Southern California. He takes a problem-solving approach to deliver tailored financial solutions and guidance to help clients navigate through prevailing economic trends, backed by white-glove service.

Based in Los Angeles, Mr. Flores currently serves as treasurer of Camino Nuevo Charter Academy, a premier charter school group. The school is close to the neighborhood where Mr. Flores grew up in Los Angeles, near the mid-Wilshire area, after immigrating as a teenager from Nicaragua.

Mr. Flores earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix in Los Angeles. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree. He is fluent in Spanish.
