
Ericka LeMaster is head of institutional commercial real estate for Alliance Bank of Arizona, where she leads the lending team in mid-market and institutional commercial real estate finance. Under her leadership, the team is focused on acquisition, vertical construction, term and bridge financing for core-plus and value-add real estate. Headquartered in Arizona, her team supports Western Alliance Bank clients nationwide with a focus in the Western U.S. Ericka joined Western Alliance Bank in 2009 with commercial real estate lending and has more than 20 years of commercial real estate lending experience.
Ms. LeMaster has been recognized among the Urban Land Institute’s 40 Under 40 and was honored as a Woman to Watch by AZ Business Magazine. She serves in multiple leadership and committee roles with industry-related professional groups, including Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), NAIOP, and ULI.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Ottawa University.
