Ericka LeMaster is head of institutional commercial real estate for Western Alliance Bank, where she sources, underwrites and structures commercial real estate loans, including acquisition, vertical construction, term and bridge financing within a portfolio that exceeds $1.3 billion. Based in Phoenix, she works with clients throughout the western U.S. who invest in core-plus and value-added real estate assets. Ms. LeMaster manages the Phoenix commercial real estate lending team with a combined $1.8 billion loan portfolio. She joined Alliance Bank of Arizona in 2009 and has more than 15 years of commercial real estate lending experience.

Ms. LeMaster has been recognized among the Urban Land Institute’s 40 Under 40 and was honored as a Woman to Watch by AZ Business Magazine. She serves in multiple leadership and committee roles with industry-related professional groups, including Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), NAIOP, and ULI.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Ottawa University.
