Dean Indot is the director of Western Alliance Bank's Private Client Group. Based in Beverly Hills, Mr. Indot services clients throughout California. He holds expertise in all aspects of commercial lending primarily in commercial real estate financing including acquisition and development, commercial & industrial, including SBA financing and asset-based lending.
Mr. Indot develops funding solutions for commercial real estate investors and projects, including construction, owner-occupied, short-term bridge/turnaround loans and more. With a background in finance, he also has strong experience in C&I lending, primarily in revolving lines of credit, asset-based lending and non-real estate secured term debt. He joined our legacy brand Torrey Pines Bank in 2013 and has more than 20 years of banking industry experience.
Mr. Indot is Chairman of the Board for Brightstar Education Group, a charter school organization.
He earned a Bachelor in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, followed by an MBA from Pepperdine University. He also graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
