David Dugas
Vice President Business Escrow Services
David Dugas is a vice president and relationship manager in Western Alliance Bank's Business Escrow Services Group. Based in Florida, Mr. Dugas provides escrow, paying agent, solicitation agent and related agency services for mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions. He works closely with clients and their legal counsel to support successful transaction execution and deliver tailored solutions.
Mr. Dugas has more than 25 years of experience in treasury management, corporate actions, securities processing and transaction services. Prior to joining Western Alliance Bank, he served as a vice president and treasury management relationship manager at PNC Bank. He also held corporate actions and relationship management positions with Broadridge Financial Solutions, Computershare, BNY Mellon and State Street Corporation.
Mr. Dugas holds a Master of Science in Investor Relations from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Bentley University.
