David Bernard
Senior Managing Director Specialized Mortgage Services
David Bernard is senior managing director of the Specialized Mortgage Services Group at Western Alliance Bank. His executive role encompasses overseeing traditional warehouse lines of credit, lines of credit to finance mortgage servicing rights, note financing, correspondent mortgage solutions and treasury management products and services. Western Alliance Bank and Mr. Bernard are based in Phoenix, and the Specialized Mortgage Services national business line serves clients throughout the United States.
Mr. Bernard is a top-producing mortgage banker with more than 30 years of professional experience in sales management and risk management. He joined Western Alliance in January 2014.
Mr. Bernard is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and the California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA). He graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Marketing.
