Ciro G. Villa is senior director, commercial banking, for Western Alliance Bank, where he works with clients throughout Southern California. His client base includes commercial real estate investors, health care providers, contract research organizations, defense contractors, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and nonprofit organizations. Mr. Villa is an experienced commercial banker with broad credit and deposit experience. He is known for delivering commercial banking solutions and structures that solve his clients' problems and building lasting relationships. Mr. Villa joined our legacy brand Torrey Pines Bank in 2014 and has over 25 years of banking industry experience.

He is a board member for both the South County Economic Development Council and Casa Familiar, a community development organization.

Mr. Villa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration, and is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
