Chris Weeks joined Western Alliance Bank in July 2024 as a Senior Vice President in Commercial & Industrial Banking and brings over two decades of financial services industry experience to his role, including more than 14 years in the Arizona middle market commercial banking segment.

At Western Alliance Bank, Mr. Weeks specializes in managing and developing middle-market commercial banking relationships and advises customers on tailored solutions in lending, treasury management and rates and currencies risk management.

Before joining Western Alliance Bank, Chris held commercial banking roles at Wells Fargo Bank, U.S. Bank and Bank of America in Phoenix, AZ.  Earlier experiences in his career included a corporate finance role at Bank of America and institutional asset management and trading roles at Evergreen Investments in Charlotte, NC.

Mr. Weeks holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Outside of his professional experience, he served on the Board of Directors at Arizona Business Leadership Association from 2017-2020.
