Chris Fasouletos is a senior vice president of business development for the Business Escrow Services Group at Western Alliance Bank. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in escrow and paying agent services for M&A transactions. He works with a diverse range of clients, including attorneys, advisors and principals to provide customized solutions and expert guidance. He also identifies strategic market trends and new business opportunities for the bank.
Prior to joining Western Alliance Bank in 2018, Mr. Fasouletos worked for Shearman and Sterling, a multi-national law firm, and was vice president of escrow services at JPMorgan Chase, where he managed a portfolio of complex escrow transactions and developed relationships with key stakeholders.
Mr. Fasouletos holds a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
