Andy Barnes is a vice president within Western Alliance Bank’s Association Banking group. He serves clients across Virginia, delivering tailored solutions to meet community associations’ needs, including cash management, fraud protection and financing.
Mr. Barnes joined Western Alliance Bank in 2026 with 20 years of experience in large community management and related industries. In his role with one of the nation’s largest residential management companies, he was responsible for managing a 6,600-home community spanning two Northern Virginia counties. He has extensive experience in working with local government entities, financial institutions, auditors and attorneys, making sure the interests of his clients are always well represented.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications and Business Administration from Elon University. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, he now resides in the area with his family.
