Senior Director Commercial Banking - Northern Nevada Region
Andrew Diedrichsen is senior director of commercial banking for Western Alliance Bank’s Northern Nevada market. Based in Reno, Mr. Diedrichsen oversees all operations and leads a team of expert banking professionals to serve clients across the region.
Mr. Diedrichsen brings more than 20 years of commercial banking experience to Western Alliance. Prior to joining the bank, he served as senior vice president and market president at Bank of America in Reno, where he managed a portfolio of commercial clients and delivered solutions across business lending, equipment finance, working capital and cash management. A Reno native, Mr. Diedrichsen is known for building long-term client relationships grounded in active listening, specific advice and a genuine interest in helping local businesses grow.
Mr. Diedrichsen has served as a board member of Junior Achievement of Northern Nevada for seven years, including as treasurer, and volunteers with the Food Bank of Northern Nevada. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Reno.
