Assistant Vice President Portfolio Management, Affordable Housing

Aidan Tracey is an assistant vice president of portfolio management with Western Alliance Bank’s Affordable Housing Finance Group. Based in Los Angeles, he supports the management of the Bank’s national affordable housing debt portfolio, which includes tax-exempt and taxable bond financings secured by low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties.

Prior to joining Western Alliance Bank, Mr. Tracey interned with CBRE Group, Inc. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona and completed the Bank’s 18-month Commercial Banking Development Program.
