
Aggie Glijer-Piechota is a vice president of strategy in Western Alliance Bank’s Business Escrow Services Group, where she serves as a relationship manager specializing in escrow agent services for a broad range of transactions (M&A, litigation, real estate) and paying agent matters for M&A transactions.
Mrs. Glijer-Piechota has over 15 years of international experience in legal and financial industry, working with strategic buyers, law firms and private equity firms on all sizes of transactions, including cross-border deals with complex structures, and international shareholder base.
Mrs. Glijer-Piechota obtained her Juris Doctor degree in Krakow, Poland, before she moved with her family to Pittsburgh, PA where she currently resides.
