Adam Silverman is senior vice president and head of Private Client Mortgage with Western Alliance Bank’s Private Client Group, where he leads the development and delivery of a white-glove residential mortgage platform for high-net-worth clients. He joined Western Alliance Bank in 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience in high-end residential lending and private banking.
Based in the bank’s Beverly Hills office, Mr. Silverman delivers highly personalized mortgage solutions for clients with complex financial profiles. He is known for his transparent, communicative approach and his ability to guide clients through sophisticated lending scenarios with confidence and discretion.
His expertise includes residential real estate finance for high-net-worth individuals with multiple income sources, business interests and extensive real estate holdings. Prior to joining Western Alliance, he most recently directed the private client mortgage group at Focus Financial Partners. Previously, he served as head of residential lending at Boston Private Bank and as president of a boutique mortgage bank in Los Angeles. He has also worked closely with wealth advisors and registered investment advisors in private banking roles.
Mr. Silverman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated with honors. He holds a California real estate license and a National Mortgage License and is fluent in both French and Spanish. He began his professional career in the entertainment industry as a screenwriter and producer and is a member of the Writers Guild of America.
