Tim Bryan serves as vice president of special district banking for Alliance Association Bank, focusing on Colorado special districts including fire, school, sanitation, water districts and more.
Mr. Bryan’s expertise in real estate management, including his experience working with municipal and commercial associations, special tax districts, developers and community associations, allows him to provide tailored banking solutions to meet and exceed the needs of clients.
In his spare time, Mr. Bryan and his wife, Holly, spend time traveling, playing golf, fly fishing in the summer and enjoying snow sports in the winter.
