Jill Nathman joined Western Alliance Bank in 2024 as vice president of the Alliance Association Banking group at Western Alliance Bank for the Southern Texas region. She specializes in providing tailored financial services to HOA and condominium management companies. Her role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including building tailored solutions for her clients, managing lockbox and scanning operations, and facilitating community loans and reserve accounts.
Ms. Nathman, who has 18 years of experience working with community management companies and HOAs, previously served as vice president of business development at Urban Dirt Landscaping. Prior to that, she served as director of client services at McKenzie Rhody, LLP, where she fostered strong relationships with HOA industry professionals throughout Texas. In addition to her professional roles, Ms. Nathman has had nearly two decades of involvement in the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Austin Chapter, including as event chair, board member and president.
Ms. Nathman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has also volunteered her time with Building Owners and Managers Association, Austin Association of Facility and Maintenance Engineers, Operation Turkey and more. She received the CAI Austin Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016.
