William A. McLennan is senior managing director, commercial banking, for Torrey Pines Bank. Mr. McLennan joined Torrey Pines Bank in 2003 as executive vice president and Chief Real Estate Officer with oversight of Torrey Pines Bank’s real estate division. Mr. McLennan has over 25 years of real estate banking and lending experience in both interim and term financing areas across the western United States.
Mr. McLennan brings an exceptional background to Torrey Pines Bank, drawing on a wealth of experience in financing a broad spectrum of projects in terms of size and dollars. He advises his team on structuring residential real estate, commercial, office and industrial projects.
Mr. McLennan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego, and is actively involved with industry-related and community-based service organizations.
