Eugene Chang joined the Torrey Pines Bank team in 2020 and brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as senior vice president, commercial banking.
In his role, Mr. Chang offers sophisticated financing and banking solutions to middle market businesses, real estate funds and developers. His expertise is in commercial and industrial lending, treasury management solutions, commercial real estate construction and value-add financing, offering a wide range of solutions that cater to the specific needs of various industries. Prior to joining the Torrey Pines Bank team, Mr. Chang held positions at both First Citizens Bank and Wells Fargo Bank, where he was consistently ranked in the top 20 commercial loan officers for the organization.
Mr. Chang graduated from the University of California Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts.
