She holds expertise in providing business and commercial real estate loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, international banking, treasury management, and deposit solutions to help clients reach their business goals. She provides personalized services by exploring every possible avenue to deliver innovative solutions to her clients quickly and decisively. Ms. Oakland consistently innovates and refines her approach to her clients in order to improve their banking experience.
She joined Torrey Pines Bank in 2008, and has 30 years of banking industry experience.
Ms. Oakland has been recognized as one of the Most Influential Lenders in Los Angeles County by the Los Angeles Business Journal. Ms. Oakland is a member of the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership and is a member of the Project Review Committee for LISC. She is a former board member of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Southern California.
She is a graduate of Kyoto Sangyo University, and earned a Master in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Pepperdine University.
