Aidan Tracey is a senior credit analyst for Western Alliance Bank’s Affordable Housing Group. He works closely with the group’s underwriting team to evaluate credit packages and investment opportunities and tracks the performance of properties within the national portfolio, including low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties in the Affordable Housing portfolio. 

Before joining Western Alliance Bank, Mr. Tracey previously worked with CBRE Group, Inc. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
