Walter Y. Hashimoto is senior director, commercial banking for Bank of Nevada and a team leader for the commercial and industrial lending group. Based in Henderson, his lending team helps serve a wide range of business clients. In addition, as leader of the healthcare banking team, Mr. Hashimoto specializes in physician-based healthcare lending and helps healthcare businesses find solutions to their lending and cash management needs. He joined Bank of Nevada in 2006 and has over 35 years of banking industry experience.
Active in the community, Mr. Hashimoto serves on the board of Las Vegas HEALS, he is a two-time Past Chapter President of the Risk Management Association of Las Vegas, sits on the Nevada State University Foundation board where he also serves as the Treasurer of the finance committee. In addition, he has been a speaker at various healthcare conferences around the country. Mr. Hashimoto also participates on various committees for the American Lung Association and the Risk Management Association.
Mr. Hashimoto holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
