Thomas (Tom) Smith III is senior vice president, commercial real estate, for Alliance Bank of Arizona. Based in Phoenix, he works with national, residential real estate clients seeking large loan facilities to support their land acquisition, land development and residential vertical construction platforms. He joined Alliance Bank of Arizona in 2016 and has 15 years of banking and commercial real estate finance experience.
Mr. Smith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University.
