Kathy Flamm is senior vice president, commercial banking, for First Independent Bank’s Northern Nevada business development team. She joined the organization in 2000 and serves clients across the Reno-Sparks community.
Throughout her 30-year banking career, Ms. Flamm’s client base has ranged from physicians, attorneys and contractors to property managers, machine shops, warehouse distributors and many others.
Ms. Flamm has been named as the Conductor of the Year by The Reno + Sparks Chamber of Commerce and has been honored with the Women of Achievement award by The Nevada Women’s Fund based on her involvement and contributions to the community. She also has been recognized by the Sparks Centennial Sunrise Rotary Club for her service and volunteer work and has served as the organization’s treasurer for 15 years.
Married to a military veteran, Ms. Flamm has lived in several U.S. states, as well as Germany and Turkey. She attended Sierra College.
