Senior Managing Director Technology & Innovation

Ryan Dammeyer is senior managing director in Bridge Bank’s Technology Banking Group. Based in Bridge Bank’s Chicago office, Ryan is responsible for relationship management and business development covering the Eastern and Midwest United States for the Bank’s Technology Banking Group and manages teams in Chicago, New York City, Boston, Washington, D.C and Atlanta. He is also a member of Bridge Bank’s loan committee and is a member of the Technology and Innovation Strategic Leadership Team.  

Ryan has spent his entire career working with entrepreneurs to find business development and capital solutions to fuel growth. Prior to his current roles at Bridge Bank and Square 1 (where he was the head of the Structured Finance Group), he served as CFO for Liquidus Marketing, Inc., a venture backed digital marketing firm. Prior to Liquidus, he spent nearly a decade at Silicon Valley Bank holding increasingly responsible roles, culminating as deal team leader for the Midwest market. Other professional experience includes serving as a director for a specialty finance hedge fund focused on providing high coupon/minimally dilutive debt to late stage high-growth companies.  He is also an investing principal at Open Prairie Rural Opportunity Fund.  

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the O’Neill School in Public Finance with a minor in Economics and has a Foundation Certificate from the Kelley School of Business both at Indiana University in Bloomington.  He is an Emeritus member of the Distinguished Alumni council where he served from 2014-2018 at the O’Neill School.  He also continues to be involved in activities related to IU Ventures.
