Dave Bhagat is senior managing director of the Global Markets Group. Based in Bridge Bank’s San Jose office, Dave is responsible for managing the national Global Markets Group in financial centers across the U.S. The group provides foreign exchange, interest rate hedging, trade finance, correspondent banking and foreign currency account services and solutions to all clients of Western Alliance Bank and its divisions across the U.S.
Dave has over 30 years of experience in managing global markets teams. He joined Bridge Bank in 2021 from Silicon Valley Bank, where he most recently served as managing director and head of foreign exchange and rates trading. Previously, he held senior sales and trading roles in foreign exchange, fixed income and derivatives at JPMorgan Chase, HSBC Bank and Citibank.
Dave received his MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
